These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at studywithbloomed.com (the "Site"), operated by "Bloomed" ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site and join our waitlist.
2. Using the Site
You agree not to:

copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content;

interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; or

use the Site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

The Site and all content, design, text and graphics made available through it are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights in them except to view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
